the location was perfect, just a short walk to the tram and the beach. the room I had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable couch to relax on. the service provided by the owners was excellent, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection of fresh food to choose from.
There were limited parking spaces available, and it was on a first come, first served basis.

Great Breakfast and Convenient Location
Stayed here for New Year's and was underwhelmed by the experience. On the positive side, the breakfast offered was quite enjoyable and well-prepared. , the hotel was located in a spot that was convenient for getting around and exploring the surrounding area.
The rooms, however, left a lot to be desired. They were quite outdated and not at all what I was expecting.

The location was superb with easy access to the city centre and the seafront. the hosts were friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and cosy, and had everything I needed for my stay. the breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from.
The parking situation was a bit tricky and it was a struggle to find a spot. the room was a bit small and there wasn't much space for my luggage.
